There is a constant stream of requests for Cultural treaties, so to simplify, I suggest we make and update our requests here.

1)State how many cultural treaties you're looking for

2)Where a town is located so you're easy to find

3)Simply edit your old post when you've filled your request, or you have more cultural treaty openings

I'm confused!

When people offer me a cultural treaty I get this message:

A museum and free culture points are required!

I have museums on all my islands... how do I get free culture points?

expand the museums? Every upgrade earns one extra slot.. but i guess you figured that out allready and there's some sort of bug?
